A little about my story -Â
I have two children ages 19 and 16 and I have 20 years classroom experience and all the degrees that come with it. BUT I had one year that completely flipped the script for me.
I found myself teaching in a classroom with 5 students who were all grappling with severe anxiety. It was tough, heartwarming, and at times, downright overwhelming. The families were incredible, doing everything they could to support their kids through it all.
Initially, I tried the methods given to me by the powers that be but It barely made a dent, and sometimes it even made things worse! It took some trial and error, but eventually, I realized we needed something more tailored to each child's needs.
That year helped steer me to be able to support families like never before. So, let's dive into the lessons I learned and how they're helping families just like yours!
